Power House Entertainment, LLC (PHE) is in the special events and promotions of the performing arts, sports
and similar events business. We specialize in branding events and programs under the PHE umbrella to the
teen and preteen market. Our primary market is the teen and preteen market, also known as Generation Y. Our
secondary market is geared towards the corporate and private business sector dealing in sponsorships,
partnerships and advertising. In recent times, our key strengths have been successfully connecting with the teen
and preteen market at various entertainment events. A portion of selected PHE events will benefit a chosen
children's charity.
Power House Entertainment, LLC is the next generation in marketing entertainment events to teens. We have
created a multi-integrated marketing plan to accomplish this. Business' today need several ways to create
revenue sources. PHE has created six revenue streams: sponsorship sales, advertising sales, PHE
merchandising sales, vendor sales, event ticket sales and e-commerce sales. PHE will continue to develop
events and programs that are not only ongoing but have many extensions to crossover into other avenues of
entertainment such as radio, television and the Internet.
Power House Entertainment, LLC will employ strong guerrilla marketing tactics such as radio, trade magazines,
printed literature billboards and, of course, the Internet. The PHE marketing strategy as it relates to branding and
building loyal customers is to design products and services that have a life of their own under the PHE umbrella.
As a result, PHE intellectual property evolves into event branding, program branding and promotional product
branding.
Competition is stiff and Power House Entertainment, LLC is standing strong with all the tools needed to compete
in the entertainment industry. Our most powerful marketing tool and our greatest defining marketing advantage is
the founder and CEO of Power House Entertainment, Jimmy Newson, who is already networked and respected by
the teen market. He meets 1,200 teens and preteens every month through his private party work. Jimmy has
also worked at Camp Lokanda for six summers as their Entertainment Director. Five hundred children, 6 to 17
years old, from some of the wealthiest families in the New York, New Jersey and Connecticut area attend this
camp every year. These kids idolize him.
The Internet is an integral part of our marketing plans for event marketing promotions, products and building
brand loyalty for our sponsor and partner's products. The teens will come to the site because they know Power
House Entertainment and Jimmy Newson. When you have the teen market coming to you and the capability of
drawing them to the web site, sponsors and advertisers will benefit greatly from their involvement in PHE events,
programs and services. PHE 's Web sites will make it possible to generate additional revenues with
merchandising sales from C.D.'s, T-shirts, key chains, posters and hats. The PHE Web sites will also be utilized
to promote events and sell tickets. The Internet sets the groundwork to expand the PHE 's existing teen network
exponentially overnight. The web site will be designed and written by selected teens under the guidance of PHE
personnel. With the proper marketing effort and positioning, the company could become eminently successful
and transform Jimmy Newson into the next Dick Clark of the new millennium. PHE 's events and live Web casts
will enable the company to set new trends and introduce the hottest new talent in the entertainment industry.
